About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create positive experiences for clients. You will contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. This is a part-time position of 20 hours at the Richfield Branch in Richfield, Minnesota.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the branch and create a welcoming environment by providing attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including use of the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with other branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
