The Associate Banker contributes to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences and building trusted relationships. The role includes sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients work toward their financial goals, servicing accounts, opening accounts, assisting with banking transactions and digital tools, and supporting branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide attentive and friendly service, and use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including use of the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
