About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals while contributing to branch success. The role includes welcoming clients, managing lobby traffic and appointments, servicing accounts, opening new accounts, assisting with everyday banking transactions, guiding clients toward digital and self-service tools, and carrying out branch operations. All work must comply with applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and provide friendly, attentive service in a welcoming branch environment.
- Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
- Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals and provide seamless service.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
