About The Position

Super Star Car Wash is an industry-leading provider of car wash, detail, and lubrication services across Arizona, California, Texas, and Colorado. Shift Managers are operational leaders accountable for onsite culture, team performance, safety, service execution, and the overall guest experience. They serve as Manager-on-Duty and rotate through defined areas of responsibility to develop well-rounded leadership, business, and operational skills. The role offers a pathway to higher-level operational leadership.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
Ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
High integrity and professionalism.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style.

Nice To Haves

Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards.
Serve as Manager-on-Duty and resolve guest and team issues with confidence and discretion.
Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards.
Provide hands-on coaching, recognize team members, support training completion, and promote engagement and accountability.
Model company values and enforce policies and procedures.
Identify and address safety risks promptly, and ensure brand and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
Rotate through People & Staffing Leadership responsibilities, including scheduling, onboarding support, attendance tracking, performance documentation, and training compliance.
Rotate through Sales & Training Leadership responsibilities, including team training, coaching sales behaviors, certification support, and identifying development gaps.
Rotate through Operations & Tunnel Leadership responsibilities, including site cleanliness, equipment readiness, preventive maintenance coordination, and lot organization.
