Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
Demonstrated commitment to punctuality, including arriving on time, prepared, and ready to begin work at the scheduled start of each shift
Dependable attendance record with the ability to consistently meet scheduled shifts
Ability to proactively communicate scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or absences in accordance with company policies
Strong work ethic and commitment to being dependable, accountable, and team-oriented
Ability to follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards
TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout a shift
Comfortable working in warm and cold environments, including around ovens, prep areas, and walk-in coolers
Food Handler Certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and store technology systems
Demonstrates honesty, integrity, accountability, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow
Successful background check may be required

Nice To Haves

1+ year of food service, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
Previous shift lead, keyholder, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred
Proven ability to coach, motivate, and support team members
Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and guest service skills
Basic math skills and confidence using point-of-sale systems
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Lead shifts and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members
Deliver friendly, energetic, and professional guest service
Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon products according to brand standards
Ensure operational, food safety, and guest service standards are consistently met
Support daily bakery operations and shift execution
Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions accurately
Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
Support training and development of new and existing team members
Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment
Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work for every scheduled shift
Maintain reliable attendance and follow established call-out procedures
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through with attention to detail
Support teammates during busy periods and work collaboratively to achieve store goals
Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards
Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude every shift
