Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
- Demonstrated commitment to punctuality, including arriving on time, prepared, and ready to begin work at the scheduled start of each shift
- Dependable attendance record with the ability to consistently meet scheduled shifts
- Ability to proactively communicate scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or absences in accordance with company policies
- Strong work ethic and commitment to being dependable, accountable, and team-oriented
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and brand standards
- TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and guest service skills
- Basic math skills and confidence using point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout a shift
- Comfortable working in warm and cold environments, including around ovens, prep areas, and walk-in coolers
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, accountability, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Food Handler Certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and store technology systems
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with friendly, energetic, and professional service
- Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon products according to brand standards
- Deliver accurate orders and provide an exceptional guest experience
- Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions accurately
- Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready
- Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work for every scheduled shift
- Maintain reliable attendance and follow established call-out procedures
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and complete tasks with attention to detail
- Support teammates during busy periods and work collaboratively to achieve store goals
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude every shift
