About The Position
Cinnabon Bakery in Southland Mall will be adding a Shift Leader to the team. The Shift lead position will exercise your leadership skills while you closely collaborate with the Store Manager. Becoming a Shift Leader will introduce you to new responsibilities such as running the shifts and keeping operations on track and organized. This is a great stepping stone for someone looking to grow a step further on the ladder of leadership within V & J Foods.

- Running the shifts and keeping operations on track and organized
- Maintaining high standards and expectations around food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Demonstrating respect for all employees and showing appreciation for their efforts
- Ensuring the compliance of corporate policies and procedures
- Daily focus of company financial targets and objectives
- Maintaining a safe, secure and legal work environment
