About The Position
Five Guys is hiring a Shift Manager for its San Jose Boulevard location in Jacksonville, Florida. Shift Managers perform the duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders and are additionally responsible for directing a restaurant’s daily operations in the General Manager’s absence. They help ensure company standards are met across product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other assigned duties. The role offers hourly pay starting at $21.00, tips, and bonus opportunities. Requirements
- One to two years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment is preferred.
