About The Position

Five Guys is hiring a Shift Manager for its San Jose Blvd location in Jacksonville, Florida. Shift Managers perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders and, when the General Manager is absent, direct the restaurant’s daily operations. They help ensure company standards are met across product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management, and inventory management, along with other duties as required or assigned.
