About The Position

The Assistant Manager will join Five Guys at its San Jose Boulevard location in Jacksonville, Florida. The role is salaried, non-exempt, starts at $50,000 annually, may include overtime, and is eligible for performance-based bonus rewards. Assistant Managers are also eligible for up to 12 weeks of paid Family Bonding Leave, based on time with the company, with immediate eligibility upon hire.
