The Shift Manager is responsible for supporting the Assistant Manager and General by training and leading a team of crew members each shift.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Minimum of one (1) year Shift Manager or equivalent experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts)
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focused
