About The Position

Cousins Subs is hiring a Shift Manager to lead the team during a shift, keep service running smoothly, support the crew, and help deliver a positive guest experience. The role includes hands-on work in food preparation, cashiering, sandwich-line service, and cleaning, as well as coaching and training team members. The Shift Manager helps ensure food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness, and handles minor issues. Flexible scheduling is offered, with no late nights.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
• Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
• Good communication skills and a positive leadership approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
