About The Position

Cousins Subs is seeking a shift leader to keep the store on track, support the crew, and lead with energy and focus. The Shift Manager leads the team during a shift, helps maintain smooth service, and supports daily store operations. The role includes hands-on work in food preparation, cashiering, sandwich making, and cleaning; coaching and training team members; ensuring food safety, order accuracy, and cleanliness; and addressing minor issues to help create a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
• Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
• Good communication skills and a positive leadership approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during the shift and keep service running smoothly.
• Assist with food preparation, cashiering, sandwich-line work, and cleaning as needed.
• Coach team members and train new hires.
• Ensure food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness.
• Handle minor issues and help create a positive guest experience.
