About The Position

The Finished Goods Operator executes job assignments efficiently, safely, and professionally while handling daily warehouse duties. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, pulling orders, and inspecting products before shipment. The role supports inventory accuracy and shipment schedules, maintains organized stock, and works with the Purchasing department to ensure shipments are executed correctly.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
1–3 years of warehouse experience.
Strong working knowledge of SAP and other shipping systems.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle and inventory counts.
Review inbound and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations.
Verify materials on hand and project material needs to meet shipment schedules.
Assist shipping and receiving by loading and unloading trucks and inspecting merchandise.
Inspect products for damage and report findings to inventory.
Complete equipment safety checks and perform daily Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) cleaning tasks.
Process inventory related to cancellations and order changes.
Organize inventory for easy retrieval and put away incoming loads or inventory being shipped out.
Work closely with the Purchasing department to ensure shipments are executed correctly.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for returned goods.
