About The Position
Cousins Subs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a store team during a shift, keep service running smoothly, and support team members. The role includes stepping in on food preparation, cashiering, the sandwich line, and cleaning as needed; coaching team members and training new hires; maintaining food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness; and handling minor issues to help create a positive guest experience. Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
- Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
- Good communication skills and a positive leadership approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
