About The Position
Cousins Subs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team during a shift, keep store service running smoothly, support crew members, and contribute to a positive guest experience. The role involves hands-on work across food preparation, cashiering, the sandwich line, and cleaning, as well as coaching and training team members. The Shift Manager helps ensure food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness, and handles minor issues as they arise. Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
