About The Position
Cousins Subs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team during a shift, keep store operations on track, and support a smooth service experience. The role involves working alongside the crew in food preparation, cashiering, sandwich making, and cleaning; coaching team members and training new hires; maintaining food safety, order accuracy, and cleanliness; and handling minor issues to help provide a great guest experience. Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
- Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
- Good communication skills and a positive leadership approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation, cashiering, sandwich-line work, and cleaning as needed.
