About The Position

The Shift Manager supports academy leadership by overseeing projects and initiatives, keeping them on track and within budget. The role oversees daily operations and program fidelity, supports communication, fosters a positive environment for residents, and partners with other managers on an A/B schedule. The Shift Manager also collaborates with leadership on coverage and staffing needs, provides training, responds to crises, and assists with hiring and onboarding. New hires must successfully complete a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education, and criminal records.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and meeting management.
• Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
• Successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education, and criminal records.
