The Shift Manager - Table Games is responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with approved policies and procedures while directing staff in accordance with company policies and objectives. This role ensures responsibilities and operating procedures are followed according to all PlayLV’s Company standards, policies, and procedures. The Shift Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of all table games on a particular shift, as well as the training and equitable treatment of all casino staff. They promote positive guest relations and, in the absence of management, may be responsible for casino operations on the assigned shift. The role involves creating a fun atmosphere for guests and instilling an environment that encourages staff to share ideas, discuss concerns, and resolve conflicts. The Shift Manager encourages mutual respect, dignity, and integrity with all staff by setting positive examples and retains staff through involvement in training and development. They explain procedures in advance and perform other duties as assigned.
