The Shift Manager - Table Games is responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with approved policies and procedures while directing staff in accordance with company policies and objectives. This role ensures responsibilities and operating procedures are followed in accordance with all PlayLV’s Company standards, policies, and procedures. The Shift Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of all table games on a particular shift, as well as the training and equitable treatment of all casino staff. They promote positive guest relations and may be responsible for casino operations in the absence of management. The role involves creating a fun atmosphere for guests and fostering an environment where staff can share ideas, discuss concerns, and resolve conflicts. The Shift Manager encourages mutual respect, dignity, and integrity among staff by setting positive examples and retains staff through involvement in training and development. They are expected to explain procedures in advance and perform other duties as assigned.
