About The Position

This role is for a Shift Leader who will be responsible for running the floor, keeping the team synchronized, and ensuring excellent service. The Shift Leader will also be involved in training new hires, leading pre-shift huddles, acting as a liaison between front and back of house, and assisting leadership in maintaining operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a motivated, problem-solving individual with strong teamwork skills and at least two years of food service experience, including lead or key-holder responsibilities.

Requirements

• Experience as a top-tier server with leadership instincts.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong motivation and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable giving feedback and resolving issues.
• Minimum of 2 years in food service.
• Previous lead or key-holder experience.
