About The Position
This is a full-time Shift Leader position in the Castleton Area. The role involves running the floor, managing the team, serving guests, solving problems, and training new hires. The Shift Leader acts as a liaison between front and back of house and assists leadership in maintaining operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience as a top-tier server with leadership potential.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong motivation and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort in providing feedback and resolving issues.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service.
- Previous lead or key-holder experience.
Responsibilities
- Running the floor smoothly and efficiently with a service-first approach.
- Keeping the team synchronized and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Serving guests, solving problems, and leading by example.
- Training new hires and leading pre-shift huddles.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between front and back of house operations.
- Assisting leadership in maintaining operational standards and ensuring guest return.
