About The Position

This role is for a Shift Leader who will be responsible for running the floor smoothly and efficiently, ensuring a strong team dynamic, and providing excellent service. The Shift Leader will also be involved in training new hires, leading pre-shift huddles, acting as a liaison between front and back of house, and supporting leadership in maintaining operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

2+ years in food service.
Lead or key-holder experience.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Skills in motivation and problem-solving.
Comfortable giving feedback and resolving issues.
Ability to maintain high morale.

Responsibilities

Running the floor with a focus on smooth operations, sharpness, and service-first.

Serving as the primary point of contact between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
