About The Position
This role is for a Shift Leader in the Castleton Area, a full-time position. The Shift Leader will be responsible for running the floor smoothly and with a service-first approach, keeping the team synchronized and maintaining a strong team vibe. This role involves stepping in to serve, solve problems, and lead by example. Responsibilities include training new hires, leading pre-shift huddles, and setting the tone for the team. The Shift Leader will act as the primary liaison between the front and back of house and assist leadership in maintaining operational efficiency and guest satisfaction to encourage repeat business. Requirements
- Top-tier server with leadership instincts and a love for teamwork.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, even during busy periods.
- A motivator, a problem-solver, and someone who prioritizes doing things correctly the first time.
- Comfortable giving feedback, solving issues, and maintaining high morale.
- 2+ years in food service.
- Lead or key-holder experience.
