About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a Shift Leader to manage store operations during a shift. The role is responsible for cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The Shift Leader sets an example for the crew, follows all company policies and procedures, and expects the crew to do the same. The position offers experience and opportunities to advance into higher management roles, with the possibility of progressing toward General Manager. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses, and the company promotes from within.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to learn and follow established systems.
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
