About The Position

This role is for an individual who wants to grow, lead, be seen, and be heard. The Shift Leader will be responsible for running the floor smoothly and efficiently, ensuring a strong team dynamic, and providing excellent service. This position acts as a key liaison between front and back of house operations and supports leadership in maintaining operational standards and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience as a server with leadership potential and a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective during busy periods.
  • Strong motivational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort in providing feedback, resolving issues, and maintaining high morale.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service.
  • Previous lead or key-holder experience.

Responsibilities

  • Running the floor with a focus on smooth operations and service.
  • Ensuring the team is synchronized and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
  • Assisting with serving, problem-solving, and leading by example.
  • Training new hires, conducting pre-shift huddles, and setting the team's tone.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between front and back of house.
  • Supporting leadership in operational management and guest retention.
