About The Position

This role is for someone who wants to run the floor like a pro, keeping operations smooth, service-first, and the team motivated. The Shift Leader will jump in to serve, solve problems, and lead from the front, acting as a key liaison between front and back of house. They will also be involved in training new hires, leading pre-shift huddles, and ensuring guest satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in food service.
Experience as a lead or key holder.
Leadership instincts and a passion for teamwork.
Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy periods.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable giving feedback and resolving issues.
Ability to maintain high team morale.

Responsibilities

Running the floor with a focus on smooth operations, sharp service, and a service-first approach.
Keeping the team synchronized and maintaining a positive team environment.
Serving guests, solving problems, and leading by example.
Training new hires and leading pre-shift huddles to set the tone for the shift.
Acting as the primary point of contact between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Assisting leadership in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring guest retention.
