About The Position

This role is for an individual who wants to grow, lead, be seen, and be heard. The Shift Leader will be responsible for running the floor smoothly and efficiently, keeping the team motivated and synchronized, and serving as the primary point of contact between the front and back of house. This position also involves training new hires, leading pre-shift huddles, and assisting leadership in maintaining smooth operations to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in food service experience.
  • Lead or key-holder experience.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide feedback and maintain high morale.

Responsibilities
