About The Position

The Shift Leader role provides experience in multiple Front and Back of House positions, preparing employees to fill roles as needed. After training, employees are placed in a role suited to their skills and the restaurant’s needs. Front of House positions include Cashier/Runner, Drive-Thru, and Expeditor (Expo). Back of House positions include Cook, SSW (Service Side Worker), Prep, and QB. The position offers a path to growth in the fast-casual restaurant industry in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
