About The Position
The Shift Leader role provides experience in multiple Front and Back of House positions, preparing the employee to fill restaurant roles as needed. After training, employees are placed in a role that best suits their skills and the restaurant’s needs. Key Front of House positions include Cashier/Runner, Drive-Thru, and Expeditor (Expo). Key Back of House positions include Cook, SSW (Service Side Worker), Prep, and QB. The role offers a path to growth in the fast-casual restaurant industry in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The posting lists a $500 sign-on bonus and pay of up to $18.00 an hour. Scholarships are available. Responsibilities
- Gain experience in multiple Front and Back of House positions.
- Fill restaurant roles as needed, with placement after training based on the employee’s skills and the restaurant’s needs.

- Follow instructions and learn new technologies and procedures.
