About The Position

Chick-fil-A Hwy 26 at Precinct Line is seeking a growth-minded Restaurant Shift Leader to take significant ownership of the daily operations and long-term performance of their restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be expected to stay closely connected to the restaurant operations, lead through other leaders, and ensure that standards are consistently executed. You will also have the opportunity to think beyond the immediate shift by improving systems, strengthening profitability, developing leaders, and helping shape the future of the business. You will partner closely with the Owner/Operator and Director team to translate vision into action, identify opportunities for improvement, and build an organization capable of sustained excellence.

Requirements

  • 1 year of Leadership experience
  • Proven ability to take initiative and drive results
  • Ability to coach others, build trust, and hold people accountable
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using metrics to evaluate performance and make decisions
  • Willingness to work hands-on in restaurant operations
  • Desire to grow as a business leader and take increasing ownership over time
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A’s values, hospitality, and people development

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading 10+ team members
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or other high-volume operational leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume, multi-million dollar restaurant
  • Build, coach, and hold accountable a leadership team responsible for 20+ team members
  • Create clarity, structure, and consistent execution across the restaurant
  • Strengthen operational excellence, food safety, speed of service, and guest experience
  • Improve profitability through cost control, labor efficiency, waste reduction, and disciplined execution
  • Use performance metrics to identify trends, solve problems, and drive results
  • Identify, develop, and promote future leaders within the organization
  • Build systems that improve the team member experience and create a healthy, high-performing culture
  • Partner with the Owner/Operator and Director team to execute business priorities
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, revenue growth, and continuous improvement
