Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Passion for serving others and creating positive guest experiences
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds regularly
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service with a positive attitude and genuine hospitality
Smile, maintain eye contact, and create meaningful connections with guests
Accurately take and process guest orders using the point-of-sale system
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions according to company procedures
Provide menu knowledge and answer questions regarding products and allergens
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant
Support daily operations including stocking, cleaning, dining room upkeep, and guest assistance
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service during high-volume travel periods
Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and appearance guidelines at all times
Assist with training and encouraging new team members
Perform additional duties as assigned
