About The Position

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking an engaged, accountable Shift Leader to help lead store crews in a fun, energetic, close-knit, values-based environment. The Shift Leader works productively and supervises crew members so they fulfill their responsibilities and the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during the shift. The role offers flexible scheduling and an opportunity for advancement; applicants may be interested in part-time work or a career.

Requirements

Experience preferred.
Demonstrate a strong, professional, courteous work ethic, unquestionable integrity, and moral conduct that reflects favorably on the employee and Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
Work as part of a purpose-driven, engaged team.
Accurately and efficiently count money and make change.
Have basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
