About The Position

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is hiring a Shift Leader to help maintain its close-knit, values-based team environment. The Shift Leader works productively and supervises store crews, ensuring they carry out their responsibilities so the restaurant can achieve customer satisfaction and profitability during the shift. The role involves serving guests, supporting teammates, and maintaining a safe and efficient operation in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Flexible shifts are available, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Requirements

• Experience preferred.
• Strong, professional, courteous work ethic and unquestionable integrity.
• Ability to work as part of an engaged team dedicated to providing guests with a Five-Star experience.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently count money and make change.
• Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to communicate tactfully, verbally and in writing, with supervisors, teammates, and guests.
• Ability to comply with safety and security policies and procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-tempo, stressful environments.
• Ability to work flexible hours and schedules.
• Comfort using technology and restaurant equipment.
