About The Position

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store crew members and help ensure they fulfill their responsibilities so the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during the shift. The role is part of a close-knit, values-based team and calls for personal accountability, initiative, and a focus on helping teammates succeed. Flexible shifts are available, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Requirements

Strong, professional, and courteous work ethic, with integrity and moral conduct.
Ability to work as part of an engaged team dedicated to providing guests with a Five-Star experience.
Ability to accurately count money and make change.
Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Ability to work flexible hours and schedules.
