Responsibilities

Assist the GM in growing Sales using Local Restaurant Marketing
Assist the GM with identifying and grooming talent in your store using Moby Dick Development tools
Take on an area of responsibility (People, Product or Place) to assist your GM with running the store.
Ensure all repair and maintenance (R&M) is up to date in your store
Assist the GM with controlling costs. (Cost of Goods Sold, Labor, Supplies, etc.)
Ensure guest satisfaction is top-notch at your store. Achieving and maintaining an average rating of 4.5-star reviews on Google, Yelp & any other prominent site
Ensure the culture in your store represents Moby Dick’s Values
Assist your GM with hiring, terminating & rate changes for your store
