About The Position

ModWash is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations at its Seven Fields location. The role includes opening and closing the site when scheduled, delivering an outstanding car wash experience, and working with the team to grow membership sales. The Shift Lead presents wash packages and unlimited membership options, helps customers choose a suitable package, and supports site standards, equipment upkeep, employee productivity, and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and greet customers with a friendly attitude.
• Present and sell ModWash packages and explain the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Guide customers through package and membership options safely.
• Engage with customers before and after their wash to support customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities when scheduled.
• Maintain site standards of service.
• Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot issues when needed.
• Help oversee employee productivity, breaks, and safety.
• Seek ways to improve the business.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Keep facilities clean and presentable.
