About The Position

ModWash is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations at a car wash location and deliver a legendary customer experience. The role includes opening and closing the site when scheduled, promoting wash packages and unlimited memberships, and helping customers choose options that meet their needs. The Shift Lead also supports team productivity, safety, sales goals, equipment upkeep, and site cleanliness and standards.

• Ability to remain mobile and engaged with team members and customers at the pay station, tunnel entrance, and vacuum lot.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service and greet customers warmly.
• Present and sell ModWash packages and explain the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Guide customers through package and membership options safely.
• Engage with customers before and after their wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.
• Complete opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
• Maintain site service standards and keep facilities clean and presentable.
• Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot issues when needed.
• Help oversee employee productivity, breaks, and safety.
• Look for ways to improve the business.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
