Team members greet and assist customers, explain package benefits and membership savings, and work together to meet sales goals while keeping the facility clean and presentable. Requirements

Passion for serving others.
Strong customer service skills; previous sales experience is a plus.
Outgoing, energetic personality and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons.
Ability to stand for extended periods or for an entire shift.
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and step to perform job duties.
Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds.
