About The Position

ModWash is seeking a Shift Lead to help run the daily operations of a car wash location and deliver a legendary customer experience. The role includes opening and closing responsibilities when scheduled, supporting membership sales, and helping customers choose the wash package that best fits their needs. The Shift Lead helps maintain site standards, equipment, facilities, and employee productivity, while encouraging the team to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Present ModWash packages and explain the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Guide customers through package and membership options.
• Engage with customers before and after their wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.
• Perform opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
• Maintain the site’s service standards.
• Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot issues when needed.
• Help oversee employee productivity, breaks, and safety.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the business.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Keep facilities clean and presentable.
