About The Position
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is seeking a Full Time Program Coordinator for their Shelter Program, located in Newark, NJ. This role assists the Program Manager in the supervision and operations of the program and acts as the administrator in charge in the absence of the Program Manager. The position is responsible for planning, directing, and implementing program services, as well as the delivery and coordination of human services, with a focus on serving the homeless. Additional roles and duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years related experience
Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Manager in the supervision and operations of the program.
- Function as the administrator in charge in the absence of the Program Manager.
- Plan, direct, and implement program services.
- Deliver and coordinate human services, including experience serving the homeless.
- Perform other assigned roles and duties.
