About The Position

Empire Roofing, a Tecta America Company, is hiring a Sheet Metal Worker for commercial roofing projects. The role fabricates, installs, and repairs sheet metal components, including flashing, coping, edge metal, gutters, downspouts, and other custom applications. Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions and involves working at heights and performing physically demanding tasks. Pay starts at $20+ per hour, based on experience. Spanish is spoken at the company.

Requirements

1–2 years of sheet metal, roofing, or construction experience preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Commercial roofing sheet metal experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
