Fabrication Technician-HVAC Sheet Metal
About The Position
Sessa Sheet Metal Contractors is seeking a motivated and experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator for a full-time position at its Baltimore shop and warehouse facility. The role involves designing and fabricating customized ductwork and fittings for HVAC installations. Work is performed on-site. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime available. Pay is $20.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience. Requirements
- At least 3 years of fabrication or related trade experience; sheet metal shop experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and shop sketches.
- Experience using fabrication tools, including tape measures, hand tools, and power tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and stand for most of the shift.
- Ability to safely navigate a shop and warehouse environment.
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
