About The Position

This role involves supporting SharePoint migration and broader Microsoft 365 migration initiatives. The engineer will analyze legacy collaboration platforms, plan content migration strategies, and utilize migration tools, scripts, and automation approaches for Microsoft 365 transformations. A key aspect of the role is understanding and managing permissions, metadata, taxonomy, document management, and content lifecycle considerations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting SharePoint migration or broader Microsoft 365 migration initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Teams, and related collaboration technologies.
• Experience analyzing legacy collaboration platforms and planning content migration strategies.
• Familiarity with migration tools, scripts, and automation approaches used in SharePoint or Microsoft 365 transformations.
• Understanding of permissions, metadata, taxonomy, document management, and content lifecycle considerations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
