About The Position

Accenture Construct is seeking a SharePoint Developer/Data Analyst III to join their team. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying SharePoint Online solutions using modern technologies like SPFx, React, and TypeScript. The position focuses on building custom web parts, extensions, and reusable components, customizing SharePoint sites, and integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services. A key aspect of the role is developing automated business processes using Power Automate and Power Apps, creating digital forms, approval workflows, and automated document routing. The developer will also be responsible for REST API integrations, extending SharePoint functionality with Azure Functions, and managing SharePoint environments. The role requires troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and providing technical support. This is a remote-friendly position with some in-person collaboration required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
3+ years of SharePoint development experience
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions
Knowledge of Azure cloud services and enterprise integrations

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy SharePoint Online solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Build and maintain custom web parts, extensions, application customizers, and reusable components.
Customize SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, content types, and metadata structures to meet business requirements.
Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces that align with organizational standards and accessibility requirements.
Integrate SharePoint solutions with Microsoft 365 services using Microsoft Graph APIs.
Develop solutions that connect SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and other Microsoft services.
Implement secure authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID and OAuth 2.0.
Design and implement automated business processes using Power Automate.
Develop and maintain Power Apps solutions integrated with SharePoint data sources.
Create digital forms, approval workflows, notifications, and automated document routing processes.
Improve operational efficiency through process automation and workflow optimization.
Develop REST API integrations between SharePoint and third-party enterprise applications.
Create Azure Functions and cloud-based services to extend SharePoint functionality.
Ensure secure and efficient data exchange between systems.
Configure and manage SharePoint sites, permissions, groups, libraries, and lists.
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint application, workflow, and integration issues.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and user experience.
Provide technical support and guidance to business users and project teams.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
Identify and resolve defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
