About The Position

RedSky is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer/Administrator to support the Department of Defense and USSOCOM’s enterprise knowledge management ecosystem. SharePoint supports governance, records, collaboration, business intelligence, and training functions. The role is responsible for the platform’s health, performance, security, customization, and modernization across classified and unclassified networks at more than 13 domestic and international locations, serving approximately 70,000 users.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance.
• At least three years of practical experience administering SharePoint Server farms, including patching, backup and restoration, service applications, and health monitoring.
• At least three years of applied SharePoint Online administration experience, including site creation, permissions, storage management, sharing policies, and tenant-level settings.
• At least three years of proficient PowerShell experience supporting SharePoint administration, including scripting and automation.
• At least three years of experience developing and maintaining SPFx web parts and extensions.
• At least three years of SharePoint content migration experience, including site collections, lists, libraries, and workflows.
• At least three years of experience designing and implementing site structures, content types, managed metadata, and navigation.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.

Nice To Haves

• SharePoint Online administration in Microsoft 365 GCC High or IL5/IL6 tenants.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Server farms, including patching, backup and restoration, service applications, and health monitoring.
• Administer SharePoint Online, including site creation, permissions, storage management, sharing policies, and tenant-level settings.
• Use PowerShell to script and automate SharePoint administration.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and extensions.
• Migrate SharePoint content, including site collections, lists, libraries, and workflows.
• Design and implement site structures, content types, managed metadata, and navigation.
• Support the health, performance, security, customization, and modernization of SharePoint across classified and unclassified networks.
