About The Position

This role involves performing client data entry in the agency management system, managing the Indio renewal process, and uploading Insured's Policies into EPIC and Passport. The analyst will also update proposal drafts, assist with special projects, word processing, and Excel tasks as instructed. Other duties include online rating, establishing knowledge of departmental structures and workflows, and supporting training on technical platforms like EPIC and Indio. The position also requires supporting outsourced workflows (Patra and ReSource Pro) and IMA Shared Services, assisting in creating template documents for Epic and other document/form creation, and processing/delivering electronic mail across departments from various carriers.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a professional office environment
Ability to conduct yourself in a professional, collaborative, and respectful manner within a team environment
Demonstrate excellent time management and organization skills
Service oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, and ability to work with an efficient pace
Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to gain insurance knowledge
Must be able to work onsite Pasadena, CA office 4 days per week

Responsibilities

Client data entry in agency management system
Indio renewal process
Upload Insured’s Policies into EPIC and Passport
Update proposal drafts where assistance is needed by CM
Special projects, word Processing and excel as instructed
