About The Position
The Shag Driver stacks and unstacks trailers using a forklift, transports trucks, trailers, parts, drivers, and other TMC employees, and organizes trailers on the maintenance lot. The role also performs miscellaneous jobs assigned by the shop manager.
Responsibilities
- Stack and unstack trailers via forklift.
- Deliver and pick up trucks and trailers from local vendors.
- Organize trailers on the maintenance lot.
- Pick up and/or deliver parts for the maintenance shop.
- Transport drivers and other TMC employees to or from locations such as hotels, airports, and health facilities.
- Perform miscellaneous jobs assigned by the shop manager.
