About The Position

As a To Go Specialist/Cashier, you share menu knowledge with guests so they can enjoy a great experience at home or in the office. The role involves being punctual, supporting fellow team members, and completing side duties such as bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders, and running food. Team members learn about their role and the brand through an online training program.

Requirements

• Reading, writing, basic math, and effective communication skills.
• English language and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Problem-solving abilities; self-motivated and organized.
• Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, work calmly under pressure, and exercise good judgment.
• Ability to use tablets, point-of-sale equipment, and telephones with a high degree of detail and accuracy.
• Maintain a friendly attitude regardless of how busy the position gets.

Nice To Haves

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous server or restaurant experience.
