About The Position

As a To Go Specialist/Cashier, you will share your knowledge of the menu with Guests so they can have a great experience at home or in the office. The role requires punctuality, support for fellow Team Members, and completion of side duties such as bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders, and running food. Team Members learn about their roles and the brand through an online training program.

Requirements

• Reading, writing, basic math, and effective communication skills.
• English language and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Problem-solving abilities; self-motivation and organization.
• Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, work calmly under pressure, and exercise good judgment.
• Ability to use tablets, point-of-sale equipment, and telephones with a high degree of detail and accuracy.
• Maintain a friendly attitude regardless of how busy the position becomes.

Nice To Haves

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous server or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities
